Elevator waiting times were absurd!!! I spent far too long waiting for them. some guests experienced 30-minute delays!!! The surrounding street environment felt dirty and uninviting, which detracted from my overall impression.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a water fountain that allowed us to refill our water bottles for free. The hotel was clean and tidy, making it easy to enjoy breakfast in the lounge, even if the coffee machine charges a bit, these things add up.

Had such a cozy stay with a super comfy bed and the cutest decor throughout! I loved chilling on the sun terrace and catching some time in the leisure room, just perfect for winding down after a busy day. The only bummer was the tiny size of the bathroom, but honestly, that didn't take away from my experience at all. 😊

Voco has a fantastic location, very close to the heart of the city. I loved being able to walk everywhere, even to excursions outside Manhattan. The refillable water bottles and stations on each floor are a great touch. The room had a nice layout, but the floor didn't seem well swept when I arrived. No biggie since I packed house slippers. The lobby area felt welcoming, but the staff could be more friendly. I encountered some delays at check-in when others were ahead of me, which was frustrating. Overall, I would definitely give Voco another shot even with some minor inconveniences.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the city view was a highlight. Daily cleaning was thorough and polite, with special thanks to Elsy. However, the double room felt cramped for two, so I recommend opting for a king size instead.
